This is the pcDNA-5 plasmid library with 6500 barcoded constructs containing eGFP followed by 650 combinations of 3’UTRs with miRNA, Pumilio, Smaug and AU-rich. This library can be used to optimize gene expression and to study gene regulation by different micro RNAs and RNA-binding proteins.
