Information on antibody against poliovirus receptor (CD155)

Herein, we describe the generation of a murine antibody that recognizes poliovirus receptor (CD155). We made this antibody by immunizing mice with SK-N-S1 human neuroblastoma cells. We then validated this antibody using flow cytometry.
